With fluffy its defenses now make justice of its humongous HP stat, and a fire weakness should be a fair tradeoff for being able to take care of stuff like doublade and guts machamp. Sparkly swirl allows it to compress fairy STAB and heal bell into a single slot, so it can carry both defog and rocks, or wish and protect, and still have a slot free for either a decently strong STAB boomburst, or fire blast to deal with steels.
