I mean Mew technically was the reason the franchise got big in the first place but ok
nu-mythicals are ruining it, yeah. Actively going against the spirit of the game by being just one-time giveaways.
Again, Pokemon got popular because people were encountering glitches that made Mew appear.

Mythics/legendaries aren't bad in and of themselves, but there's too fucking many of them. R/B were right to only have 5 legendaries out of 151 pokemon.
