>>44910063This. I traveled Europe with one of my best friends a few years ago. His cousin was with us too, but he was a fat alcoholic who rarely left the hotel in favor of hitting on English speaking tourists at the hotel bar or pool. So usually it was just the two of us.
Me and my buddy had an awesome time though. We'd explore each city, meet new people, and go to the clubs every night, occasionally hooking up with girls we'd just met. It was like a 3 week bachelor party. Didn't have to keep up with a lot of the people, easier to make decisions because there were only two of us, and neither one of us was in a relationship at the time. A lot of fun all around.
It's pretty sad some people have never been close to friends. I love my family, but I got to pick my friends, and I love them all, they're basically a second family to me.
