That's not whataboutism child - that's pointing out the hypocrisy of calling GF's current work shite as it doesn't look as pretty as EAD. when their PAST work didn't look as pretty as EAD shit either and you defend it, because "muh childhood nostalgia".
The difference is Game Freak will get better as they spend more time developing in HD, you're going to continue to cry like a little bitch, because you grew up and can't do a fucking thing to get Game Freak to care about you further.
