The entire point of that hair is to convey the idea of rich men who own an industry but that is already done with the tophat/smokestack combo, and it still retains a unique silhouette that makes it stand out without the need for "teehee funny hair". In fact, I'd argue the hair makes it less creative as facial hair (whether literal or simulated via other means) is a very common thing within current designs and especially regional variants/gimmicks like Gigantamax. It's lazy to keep recycling that same trait over and over.
