Is Latias, Latios, and Heatran the only legendary/mythical pokemon that confirmed in the games lore that there are multiple of them?

because the game hypes them up to be like they AREN'T pokemon, but in-game they act literally just like pokemon. and the game hands them out like candy, literally zero challenge in getting them whatsoever

Zarude, Meltan and Kubfu/Urshifu are stated to be multiple.
You have the Arceus event that creates a second of the creation trio.
Then you have the kanto birds which have at least 2 instances in lore.
SM also shows two Cosmog lines in cutscenes(the one you have and the Cosmog you can get).

No dude Cobalion refers to when it is born. This would imply multiple exist as if there was only one nobody would know that.

There were never two Articuno, they just didn't bother to attach a script that changes text of binoculars depending on whether Articuno has been caught or not. Because speaking honestly they overlooked so many stuff this one must've had the least priority, yet retards buld their headcanon on it nowadays.

i wish that their dimensions had been fleshed out with entire ecosystems. i don't mind them being like pokemon from another dimension, but it would have been amazing if they weren;t the only living things in their dimension. imagine if the xurkitree dimension has a small handful of other lines that followed the same biological rules as xurkitree!

Almost all of them are multiple, if not all. There could easily be more than one mewtwo even (just clone mew again lol)
also mythicals, they are only canonically super rare, never said anywhere they are one of a kind

the only exceptions are I think Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza and Arceus.
