Jellicent still sees use sometimes. It's even got sets for OU in the current gen. Honestly he's got a lot of good tools for himself:

>Big HP and Sp.Def stat
>Will'o'Wisp and Scald for burns
>TWO incredible healing moves (Strength Sap and Recover)
>Taunt to shut down slower enemy walls
>Night Shade for reliable damage over time, or Hex for big damage on status'd things

Sableye is strange. Yes, he got a fairy weakness between gen 5 and 6 and a prankster nerf, which ruined him in terms of doubles.
