>>44948813>>44948821i dunno, it's a little bigger than a haasts eagle and they could lift a human, especially a tiny 10 year old. it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility that a pidgeotto could grab a ten year old by the shoulders and carry them for a bit, if it wasn't too often or too far. but it's probably an edge case, anything smaller definitely couldn't, and you certainly wouldn't be able to ride on it.
