When was the last time you bought a mainline game?
Do you regret not buying by now?
What time sink game did you play instead of SwSh?
Do you play Showdown to get your fix, or are you just taking a break from the mainline gameplay altogether?

I can't see any appeal to emulating SwSh. The campaigns haven't been fun for years, I've only been playing through them to keep my collection complete. Maybe you're going to tell me there's some way you can keep pokemon caught inside an emulator, but it's probably too complicated/unsatisfying, I'd rather just not play.

My roommates bought them for my switch but I haven't played them. I refuse till they get all of them back in. Having less mons than a ds game is bullshit

Right after LGPE release (yeah yeah you can judge me...)

Absolutely not. I still believe there will be 3rd version with all DLC akin to GOTY editions etc. Will chucke hard if I'll be right.

Exploring other RPGs
- tried Temtem but I'll wait for more complete game
- Dragon Quest XI S
- Persona 5 Royal

Last game I bought was moon, glad that I just grabbed CIAs of USUM....theyre good games but not enough has changed to warrant another $60.

I play showdown once in a while for gen 8 stuff and right now playing Stadium 2 casually.

A little, but I also don't have a Switch. I've been thinking of getting one + picking up the game but I'm still on the fence. There are so many other things I could spend that money on.

I was mostly busy with my work, family, and other hobbies when it dropped. I tried TemTem for a bit when it released earlier this year but it just didn't have that spark. Been playing Fall Guys quite a lot lately, it's mindless fun.

I occasionally play Randoms. Tried TemTem as well like I said. Also been considering replaying earlier gens instead of getting SwSh.
