No one who actually plays the game does this because the meta of every game changes drastically. Also it takes all of minutes to make new teams now because of the QoL changes that didn't even exist in previous games.

You can catch the vast bulk of the monsters in ISle of Armor from Max Raids you do online, those are effectively free. And the Isle of Armor is not being sold as remedy either, it contains comparable content in it than alot of Pokemon Third versions have added, and it's only half of the expansion.

Then you're being dishonest. If it's fine for previous entries to cut down on mons that are available in game, then it's fine for swsh, especially since things added back later are included in the base game for free for people who want to transfer. If you object to them selling mons that were cut, they aren't, and if you dislike that you have to have transferring software to get them, then you'd be going from game to game only catching what's available anyway. Meaning the new model isn't truncating what you can bring over because you don't want to transfer. So what's your complaint?

It's not a matter of it being "fine", it's pointing out that the core issues in those cases aren't the same, and don't work with "whataboutism" comparisons, and furthermore the point was NEVER "why can't I get everything in-game with this single game cart?" Despite how stupid and lorebreaking the new Regis are, I hope its at least some sort of challenge to find/unlock the temples. We've seen you gotta do something similar to Gen 4 where you activate the lights, but they need some sort of puzzle to unlock the pathway to it or something like Gen 3.

If you put many secondary activities, but few pokémon, there is little variety.
If you put many pokémon, but little to no secondary activities, that variety gets unused.
The ideal would be to have both.

I find it hard to believe that the next Switch games will be remakes since they're adding every single box legendary into the raids.

Still don’t know what people think this proves.
As the other anon said, it would be far too conspicuous otherwise, and in any case if they did do remakes the main draw would be new forms of the legendaries (they could even make it like pre-soup Gigantamax where only the specific one you catch can have the new form, so you can’t even use your old ones) not these busted old ass legends they’ve already given away every couple years now
