>>44964225the over all Theme concept makes a monster concept, but the fucking eyes kill the mood for the whole design. you see the darkened body, the evil cloak, the dark shell, then spaced together girly eyes with lashes. not all pokemon are supposed to be intimidating blah blah, yeah but this from it's concept art gave the impression of something sinister, dark, or horrifying. it just looks stupid and I can't look at it or take it seriously, hell just literally take the Shelder eyes from base slowbro and you improve the presence factor greatly, or just remove the eyes or put them on the sides. evil psychic shell is a metal concept and it feels wasted. it's like Coalossal all over again and it hurts.
