When it came to Necrozma, I got off a moonblast after a dodge and took a hit getting the second off. May have the order mixed up, but the refresh bonuses were maxed by that stage in the game and it was proccing like mad in the run up to the Necrozma battle in other battles.
And I still found it more enjoyable than this place's go-to strat of Zoroark lead, poison at the back, Night Daze/Toxicstall sounds to this day. Maybe consider other people don't play games like you thus end up with different experiences.
