Wind is a bullshit "make up your own rules" element. The logic can go either way. You can say it's weak to Fire because it makes fire stronger, or you can say it puts fire out.

Bite realistically shouldn't have a "type", unless you're using the anime's logic where biting moves are sometimes just energy in the shape of fangs instead of the Pokemon physically biting the other Pokemon.

Much how burn reduces physical attack, fighting, normal and physical flying type attacks could be made to be resisted by Fire.
Then in terms of special flying attacks: wind, they can still be resisted by fire types as the heat they emit can alter air currents, wind can strengthen fire (If ignition is no issue, which isn't for magical fiery ponnies).

Using these logical thesis, you could have added Flying as one of Fire-mons resistances. (Not implying this should apply on Fighting or Normal)

Dark type are literally just animals, Normal types, with a sprinkle of Magic that they use passively. Albeit this magic is Negative, as Magic is connected to the psyche (not in just this franchise) so the bad thoughts colour their magic as negative.

Basically,
Normal > Dark > Normal/Fairy > Fairy > Fairy/Psychic

Fire needs air to burn dummy, so if anything fire should be super effective against Flying since wind would also cause fire to spread and burn faster.

Not really, the grounding system is used to prevent lighting and electricity to cause damage. If you reach earth your are prevented from harm, hence why ground types are immune to electric attacks
