The former two you'd only run into a few over the course of the story, just enough to be a fun little shake-up but not enough to get tiresome. Inverse are even less obtrusive, literally being a single optional spot gating no real rewards that can be completely ignored by those that don't like them. Raids on the other hand take control out of the players hands or worse force them to use purposefully bad NPC teammates, and lock important stuff like HA's, Legendaries, and otherwise unobtainable items behind them.
Sky Battles are shit though. Who the hell thought "Pokemon but you can only use like 20 mons.and also we ruin the models of them" was a good idea?
