I know you were too busy crying over Dexit, but Masuda said at E3 last year Game Freak had the idea of raids and passed it on to GO (again, most likely, given they haven't added ANYTHING Game Freak haven't already created, apart from radars and GO team-related items). If there was more than just the team switch medals and the GO rocket boss locators, I'd say there was a chance Niantic created them. But given howw tightly they were overseen by TPC/Game Freak, I highly doubt they were allowed wiggle room ith what they did with the game, seems like they were told what to do and did so cheerfully, knowing they'd make BAnk if they kept their mouths shut.
