Why is pokemon balance like this? Like for gens 1 & 2, I understand it, but by the time they hit gen 3 you think GF would get the idea that people would like to see every pokemon be usable in someway. I don't even mean compfag MP, but just like, usable in shit like the battle tower or frontier.
