More difficult? Lmao no.
But that's mostly because BF Mons have a lot of gimmicky potentionally run ending sets(looking at you, Walrein)
That being said; PWT doesn't give a Ribbon which still makes me mad.

Yeah but you can beat the PWT which feels better in terms of a gameplay loop, and the Mons they use (mostly) make sense for them. Battle Tower just hurls Mons at you with random trainers untill you hit that Horn drill Rhydon which ends your run.

Alot of gen 5 facilities don’t give ribbons for some retarded reason (hell even the Unova league doesn’t give ribbons) which lessens the incentive of doing things like the pokemon performance and pokestars to an extent.

Why do people circlejerk over the PWT so much? It's a bunch of generic battles against important Pokemon characters

.... And? That's it. That's literally all there is to it. Battle Frontier at least has varied battle modes and some of the battles can be outright unfair. Anyone can breeze through PWT with a solid team, hell I'm pretty sure I beat it out of the gate with the same team I beat the game with.

PWT literally just boils down to "OMG OMG I RECOGNIZE THAT CHARACTER!!! OMG OMG THEY'RE USING THEIR SIGNATURE POKEMON TOO!!!" it's just pointless fanservice. It's objectively barebones and shit.

Nothing you said refuted my point of Battle Frontier having actual varied battle modes and challenge, while PWT is just a boring ass gauntlet with no creativity or soul.

Sorry guys, but PWT is objectively (as in, you cannot refute this) bland as fuck. Fucking Battle Royale from Alola was even more creative.

For me it's just because the PWT is the closest thing we have to league battles in the anime.
If they were to combine the PWT and the Battle Frontier in some way, maybe just drop gym leaders and E4 members in the Tower, that'd be great.
