I really don't get the 120BP. Leaf blade (when it was sceptile's sig), blaze kick and muddy water had 70, 85 and 95 BP. Heat crash has weight-based BP on a mon that is surprisingly light for its appearance. Mat block and spiky shield were status, mystical fire was 65BP. Spirit shackle, darkest lariat and sparkling aria had 80, 85 and 90 BP. Drum beating and snipe shot are 80 BP. Pyro ball being 120 BP right off the bat feels like a massive outlier among all other starter sigs. Should have been 90 or 95 BP.

And how many of those 15 million+ that bought the game actually gave a shit about the data mining of some hidden abilities? There’s no reason to even care about Libero at that point because it wasn’t fucking released. Most Pokemon fans do NOT care about competitive. Libero would only ever make the biggest impact in the competitive sphere which is a minority of the fan base.

I think it's safe to say that a couple thousand people could influence the vote on its competitive viability alone. It's a starter so it's always going to be near the top by virtue of these games being designed for you to autopilot with a single mon. But that lead came from somewhere.

Drum Beating and Snipe Shot are fine moves in doubles. Their real problem is the pokémon who use it, Rillaboom has Grassy Glide so there's no real reason to speed control when you have priority, and if you want to hit hard but can't go priority you use Wood Hammer, in fact most Rillabooms use both.
Snipe Shot is good in a meta with tons of redirection, but Intelleon itself is kinda "just ok" compared to Cinderace and Rillaboom.
