Nobody uses fire blast or focus blast. Thunder and Blizzard are debatable too since even if they get 100% accuracy under the correct weather you'd still consider the weaker moves because you will often see your weather overridden. So most of the time people run both tbolt and Thunder for example, or have some pokémon with tbolt and some with Thunder.

How fucking dumb are you? Fire Blast is very often run on choice attackers and Focus Blast is heavily used for things that need fighting coverage.
