No, Red only had all 3 starters because of the anime/Pokemon Yellow. It wouldn't really make sense for Dawn to have all 3 starters when Lucas and Barry got the other two.
The only one I can see actually having all 3 besides Red is Silver because he stole all of them.

Honestly Unova has a lot of variation in its Pokémon (unlike other gens I’ve never really seen a generic team for it) so I just went with gift/trade Pokémon for the most part. Only problem is that there is a decent possibility Hilbert would have three fire types on his team.

No. Yellow was loosely based on the anime, and Red's team is based on Yellow, but not the anime. Red's team is made up of giftmons and static encounters, so that could be used for other protag teams
Then again, with that you end up with weird shit like Brendan using a Wobbuffet

In a very general sense, I gave them rain and sun teams. At the very least, along with sprinkling in the giftmons, Pokemon thematically appropriate to rain or sun, if not mechanically.

Brendan: Sceptile, Castform, Altaria, Armaldo, Milotic, Manectric.

May: Blaziken, Wobuffet, Lileep, Flygon, Walrein, Gardevoir

Not a protagonist per say, but the thread inspired me to make a "final" team for Cheren that combines his BW1 and BW2 incarnations.

Feels like it could be a really decent in-game boss battle where the idea is to keep launching single use powerhouse attacks at you until he loses, but he's not going down without a fight. Demonstrates his original character super well with his short-sighteness. Also a big nuzlocke ender.

>Gigalith lead to set rocks and then sturdy+custap+explosion
>Stoutland comes in charging right after with scarfed Retaliate
>Simisear is there to spam Overheat until it dies and is largely an obligatory inclusion. Has a Fire or Flying gem if possible.
>Haxorus has a band with outrage and that's all he needs
>Audino mega because it's Normal type and the only gen 5 mega
>Serperior as the most fitting starter for Cheren spamming contrary leaf storms
