I do plan on nerfing Knock Off to around 45 base power. This will make Knock Off a lot less common/OP on offensive Pokemon, but more defensive Pokemon are still likely to use it if they have it in their learnset + Technicianmons such as
Pikachu and Weavile would have a unique offensive niche and could potentially be very threatning with this move
