>>45002552I think what they need is a new tier. It can be called anything and go anywhere, but let's put it between OU and UU and call it Sometimes Used, or SU.
Raise the cutoff point for tiers to make them smaller, add a new tier, and have some of the weaker OU mons drop down to SU. The mons that would be too strong for UU would also go to SU, but the formerly lower OU mons should keep them in check.
And making the tiers smaller means that SU won't just end up being the same as UU.
