Pokemon should release one complete main game every generation, with maybe a direct sequel like BW2 or gen 2. DLC should be used only for bug fixes and should never be paid. Anything short of this is nefarious marketing tactics, and anyone who defends it is even worse for being dumb enough to fall for it.
