The only Pokemon he's had that are confirmed female are Bayleef, Aipom (which he traded to Dawn for her male Buizel), Snivy, and Unfezant. His entire Alola team was implied to be male through their Ultra Guardian symbols (all of the confirmed females wore theirs on bows)
