idk about specifics, but let it be split evo. One getting some defensive stats to use hp, water absorb becomes second slot ability instead of hidden and idk regenerator as hidden. Second evolution actually loses hp to redistribute it into speed and attacking stats, retains volt absorb, gets strong jaws as second ability, hidden ability is... eh... swift swim i guess. And here are you art bases, recolor them and stick anglers on top.

Make it bigger, give it a dorsal fin, a more shark-like tail, more angular fins, and a body shape similar to Relicanth. Also split the anglers again like Chinchou's. Also the yellow on its tail will go up the whole end, not just the bottom.

so a big buff to attack (40+ish) and small increases everywhere else statwise.
