He absolutely have a Dragonite to make the 'Dragon Knight' reference. He needs some form of snake-like dragon type as his Contract monster in the series was a traditional eastern dragon whereas Dragonite is more of a western idealized idea of a dragon. Japanese so I guess, Tyranitar? I would say Noivern but I'd reserve that for Knight over Ryuki.

Can you think of anything?

I would add: Drampa for having a soft spot for kids, Gyarados for being the closest we have to an eastern dragon (even though it's not a dragon), and some kinda fire-type. I wanna say Camerupt because somehow it just fits Shinji being kinda dumb. Also Ditto because iirc he had a couple copycat cards like that.
