>>44994641 The Rayquaza cover is the 2014 Pokemon Card Game Illustration Collection. I believe that one also had an English release. The Charizard one is 2016 20th Anniversary Pokemon Card Game Art Collection. I bought them sealed for a sizable chunk of change to collect the promo cards, but you can get them in basically new condition with the card removed for regularish book prices if you hunt around on ebay, amazon or pokemon-specific websites.
>>45009318That chunk of the EX era where the "reverse holo" was just a regular ass holo card of everything else from the set, and had the set logo stamp on it, those are incredible. Actual reverse holos don't do too much for me. They scratch so easily and the shiny distracts from the artwork. You're supposed to put the shiny ON the artwork IMO. The WOTC era reverses that have the Cosmos holo pattern (stuff like Southern Islands, Entei & Pichu promos, Best of Game promos) are an exception because that's the best holo pattern.
