well, I got banned for stating what I thought Gen 5 did right, and for saying bad things about Gen 1. No comparison, mind you, just opinions shared in a civil manner. As in not calling people I hate for disagreeing with me as the naughty word or any of the -oomer phrases.

The mechanics may have gotten better, but it's perfectly ok to prefer everything else about the early games.
