>>45018025>They’re improving and had less time to develop. I’m not saying they didn’t. I’m saying that consumers shouldn’t be paying top dollar to watch a developer improve. Mario, Zelda, Xenoblade, and Dragon Quest on the Switch were already polished, finished products at launch. Why? Because they knew their timeframe and allocated time and resources accordingly.
Pokemon has actually done this in the Let’s Go games. Look at how smoothly following Pokemon works in Let’s Go compared to Sword and Shield. Look at the fact that their are actual backgrounds for every battle area in the game instead of the blank, white space we see in Sword and Shield.
I don’t like the Let’s Go games because I don’t like Pokemon Go, but I can at least see that the team used their time and resources more effectively there. So, don’t tell me that they couldn’t have delivered a quality product in whatever timeframe they were given.
