I'd need to know the details between the other 3. mainly their speed, IQ, and timing. I'd assume mankey has the fastest speed but mediocre timing and IQ, machamp would be average in all of them, and hitmonchan would be decent in all of them, maybe highest IQ. It'd probably be Machamp because 4 arms is a hell of a handicap in a fight.
