>>45027538I think they've reached a fine line between it being clearly obvious while also not explicitly saying "Yeah, humans and Pokemon fuck and have kids." Any farther beyond that line and a shit storm WILL happen.
>Why can Humans capture Pokemon if they can get married? The most likely and optimistic case is that a Trainer caught a mon and after some time both sides developed feelings for each other beyond simple "Coach and student". I wouldn't be surprised if there were more rotten folk wanting an easy, free gf in the form of a Pokemon so they go out and catch one just for that, but they're very likely to get more than the bargained for in the form of rejection or worse.
>Since pokemon can get married, do Pokemon have rights? At that point in the relationship, I'd say Yes since both sides have mutual feelings and respect for each other.
>Isn't marrying Pokemon basically grooming?Again, there are those cases of bastards looking to score an easy one-night-stand with a Pokemon because they don't have an actual chance with human women, but they're also playing with powers they likely don't have a clear grasp of, leading to bigger risks than they'd anticipate given how Pokemon, despite their subserviant nature, have human intelligence and thus free will.
>How does Pokemon aging work?It varies. We can't know for sure but one thing that seems to be commonly agreed upon is that Evolution and Age are separate. Doesn't mean you could find an infant Gardevoir way below the age of consent as both are correlated in a way, but don't assume just from appearances either.
