You will not shit talk Pooka. Everything that he did with TTC (which was just him for the majority of the tail end) led up to him getting his position at TPC, and props to him for sticking with it and making a career doing something he loves. His path through the TCG (starting from being a literal who kid playing fucking Meganium in Neo to winning a U.S. National to uncovering the market for PTCG casting/commentary) is a cinderella story.
If you were in the position to work within TPC instead of chasing their coattails as a youtuber, I'm sure you would "sell out" too. Fuck outta here with that.
The TCG is absolute irredeemable trash now but I had really hoped it would get better with swoshie...

The entire black/white era was carried by TTC as far as I know, and really it wasn't until the second half of XY (around Roaring Skies I think?) that TPCi started to focus on streaming events below a National level.
There's no comparison between the amount and quality of content that TTC pumped out and the content TPC has shit out, Pooka is a blessing.
