I don't really like the design because the cape comes out of nowhere for the Slowpoke + Shellder interaction.
But maybe they could do an all-black look with the Turbann having red eyes to pay homage to a traditional vampire.

Maybe increase those double IQ values a bit and you will understand that the cape is like that because it is no longer vivid and healthy like Slowking's. The body is supposed to look diseased from the purple coloration to the secretion of toxic liquid. Dumbass.

Actually, Idk.. All evolutionary slowpoke family, in its shinies versions, change different colors, Kantonian Slowbro is blue and Galarian Slowbro is peach color.

Jewel and cape stays the same color.
Horns, markings on shell, and purple on body turns light indigo and pink turns a mellow yellow color. Shell itself is now brown. (Callback to Galarian Slowbro's shiny)
