Yeah, one of the first Fairy pokemon is forgettable. Sure.
The fifth gen, as much as I like it, has inarguably the most forgettable pokemon solely due to the unnecissarily high number of new creatures. They forced in new shitmons where they could have just reused old ones, and those new ones haven't even really been available in newer generations. Gen 5 is where they sealed their fate of not being able to keep up with implementing all the Pokemon in the game. If they had cut than number in half, our situation could be a little bit better right now.
