Again, these are not as much as people make it out to be. There will always be lategame Pokemon in any game, and 8 Pokemon are not much, let alone more than any other game, where you need to wait until postgame to unlock the national dex and catch a lot of natdex-locked Pokemon.
>>45038893>most of them are bad, stats-wiseWell, the early game rodent, bird and bugs are bad, Togetic is bad, the baby Pokemon are bad (obviously), a lot of weird 1-stage Pokemon are bad, like Unown, Dunsparce, Aipom, Sudowoodo, Yanma, Shuckle, Corsola, Mantine, Wobbuffet, Delibird, Gligar, Murkrow and Sneasel. Also, some other Pokemon are bad, like Sunflora, Azumarill and Magcargo. You might be on to something here, the kneejerk reaction would be "there are many shitmons every gen" but these honestly seem like a lot (a quarter of the total dex).
