You cannot in good conscience tell me that Vileplume, an untiered Shitmon with base stats below 500, can match the fusion of two mid-level Ultimate-level Digimon. Vileplume might be a fully evolved Pokémon, but it is a very weak one. An extremely weak one.

And remember that Nidoqueen and Nidoking are very powerful in-game. Nidoking, in particular, has managed to remain relatively relevant in competitive play (UU in every gen), and Nidoqueen is not so far behind save for two gens. Those two are, if any, deserving of two megas, if these are weak ones.
