Dual Wingbeat is better in my experience. More useful as an SE attack, breaks subs and disguise, and on the off chance Scizor needs to Dynamax the speed boost does actually come in handy from Max Airstream.

Are you this stupid that I have to clarify everything for you? Bug bite was used on SD sets along with knock off and occasionally super power. Since it can't reliability use bug bite anymore it losses out on it's main stab on that set for no good reason. U-turn is used on literally every other set and if you were going with the SD set you'd rather run knock off in place of wing beat or super power. Quit being an idiot.
