I have 75 ish hours and a complete Galar pokedex, Here's my take:
>Lack of content
Very little story, lore, character interaction, and postgame. Most gym leaders are only seen in their gym the one time you fight them, then at the "elite four" if you're lucky. Battle tower is a joke and lack modes found in past games. The postgame quest is barely worth doing and only serves to catch your legendary. Not exciting, feels like is was added last-minute
>Lousy designs
Has a lot of food and objects, not a lot of actual monsters or even cool designs. Yeah the dogs are okay, but they're so uninspired and boring. I feel that regional formes should have stayed Alola
>Lack of exploration
Routes are small, linear, and hold very little secrets. No reason to ever backtrack except to wild area because the game forces you to revisit and limits the level you can catch wild pokemon. The story takes you on a linear path that even teleports you back to the center hub town. Wild Area is big and empty, overcrowded with pokemon, and the random weather every ten feet is really stupid.
>Lack of challenge
Force EXP Share never bothered me, but turning it off would be nice. Exp candy, exp on catch, and exp on fucking camping mean that you are never going to be under-leveled. You don't even get a challenge with Gigamax pokemon because you know which of the leader's pokemon is guaranteed to use it.
>Raids
Hoy shit why. I get that GO was popular, moreso than the main games have been in a long time, but they are so poorly implemented in SwSh. They are random, you have to clear all of them before they reset, and they're never guaranteed to be good. The battle is the worst part though, dynamax pokemon are slow, take multiple turns, and the animations are too long. Then you double that slowness with your own dynamax and have to wait for three other retards (god forbid you have NPCs) to go. Shields make it even worse. 0/10, never going to do another raid in my life
