Not really, if that was the case, Ash beating Lt. Surge would be a league victory. That was a harder fight, and Surge is a much better trainer. That's really early in the anime too, that's how pathetic Alola is, and how little Ash has improved.

at best, dragonite sets up on passive mons or pranksters that don't immediately threaten it like the fairies, but you only have 1 attacking move and 1 boosting move
I can see dual wingbeat, SD, heal bell and roost as a set with dynamax, but not DWB + DD, that's too slow how would you deal with corviknight?
