Use shitmons only, like Delcatty, Volbeat/Illumise, Castform, Spinda, Plusle/Minum, etc. You'll gain a better appreciation for both the Pokemon and the game.

Yeah. You can just box them though which is fine because you get the ability to fly on them without them being in your party shortly after.

battle frontier was a neat extra but i hardly consider it an essential part of the game. i prefer steven as the champion over wallace any day.

version is up to preference fighting zubats and carvanhas or zubats and numels.
torchic and mudkip are both beasts
