This is a pretty nice concept, though. It gives more unique flavor to the Pokemon without needing to worry about bloating the game with useless or broken gimmicks. Ideally, every Pokemon would have at least one or two moves like this.

If you have Thunderbolt and then the new hot electric legendary has Thunderbolt with a new name and animation, why not make it more unique? At least give it a higher chance to paralyze, or also boost the users speed or *something*

Core Enforcer should have also been essentially a Knock Off to abilities rather than simply negating while they stay in. In-fact they should make like a 50 BP Attack that is exactly the same as Knock Off but fucks over the ability of whatever they hit for the rest of the round.
