Are we sure that "Hakuba", "Kokuba" and the two new Fusion forms are actualy happening and not just scrapped concepts that they were too lazy to remove placeholder data for months ago?

Seems weird that this close to the DLC release that they haven't even hinted at anything like these yet.

They spent the entire reveal season giving out the bare minimum, followed that with IoA's rrveals alos being bald as fuck and not as they're rounding out CT under the same considerations, we still have fuckwits like you claiming "its not happening because they're lazy/it got removed/some other incel cope because the kid's game isn't telling him everything all of a sudden".

The only reason I think they've be cut is if Covid really impacted the development badly, and I think they were probably mostly done by the time IoA came out. Now testing on the other hand, that seems like it's the biggest problem with Pokemon overall, but they're probably so ingrained into the scenario that they'd have to cut a whole chapter of content if they cut the Pokemon. Again, unless Covid severely impacted them, I don't see this happening.

It didn't, when one of their staff popped positive, they put out a release saying it wouldn't impact their current work, though did concede future projects may be impacted (likely Gen IX, given how meeting-intensive the first year of a dev cycle is - remakes/DLC just don't have that same level of meeting needed to hash them out).

It's my guess, since Clayrex does not touch the ground, they aren't from Galarian Zapdos and the new Regis are sealed so I think (even if they are only 2 footprints) that they're from one of the horses.

Yeah, I think it's Calyrex for sure. there's only 1 set of tracks there instead of additional ones where it would run off or anything of that sort and they're very small none of the birds could make tracks like that, none of the golems could make tracks like that and a horse definitely wouldn't make tracks like that. By process of elimination it's Calyrex it was probably observing you like how Mew does when it's curious.

Ok but we are talking about new legendaries designs here, not a minor feature or gimmick.
Usually thats a major selling point, not something you keep secret/ dont reveal.
Its not that unreasonable to think they were scrapped

Not a great analogy.
Remember the DLC are replacing the third versions.
Its like trying to sell Platinum without showing Origin Giratina or USUM without DWDM Necrozma.
Im not saying It wont definitely happen but the doubts are legitimate. Especially if these new forms are tied to Zacian and Zamazenta somehow.

Giratina and Necrozma were already in the original games. Showing and shilling new forms was necessary because you already had the normal ones.
Calyrex is new. They don't need to show you new forms to shill Calyrex because Calyrex wasn't in the game to begin with. He's already the mon being shilled. The fact that he does have further forms can thus be safely saved for an in game surprise.
They didn't show us Zacian and Zamazenta's Heroes of Many Battles forms before the game came out, either.

We won't imo. We may get Calyrex on the box, to represent CT (like Urshifu does for IoA). But this ISN'T a third version, don't think they're going to do the third version trick of putting the focused legend front-and-centre.

Calyrex is number 898 and "steeds" are 896-897, unless things change since the last data mining should be. If they do not appear we can think that maybe they appear later in some other way but I think they will be inside the dlc. Remember that when the entire game was filtered before leaving it was a problem for them, they want to save as many surprises as possible.

With USUM they showed the 2 cover forms (cause they had to) but kept ultra necrozma til I think like a day or 2 before with a small trailer. I think that's pretty comparable to what we have here. I think naganadel was also a secret but my memory of that is fuzzy.

They had teased UN though in the full art poster for USM (replicated at thesides of the game box art). They haven't hinted at the horses yet, we only know of them through digging in the code.

That's true and it was a good way to tease it. We didn't know what it was or its name. So looks like the only secret was naganadel. Pic related might be considered a tease as we know it's none of the new birds and regi cause they were literally shown the same day.
