Nobody runs Rapid Strike because it objectively sucks. Besides which neither form can switch into an EQ, and it can't do shit to Scarf, the most common Lando set.

And in case anyone doesn't know why Rapid Strike is basically UUBL, it's because it puts you at an obvious disadvantage against the now ubiquitous Rillaboom, something that actually has a better chance of countering Lando. You're not running Rapid Strike in Rillaboom meta. That's just the facts of life.
