U-turn is a huge deal. It removes the need to predict and it can let Rillaboom take a hit Heatran would not be able to take without it. Taking a hit for Heatran to let it heal 1/8th or 1/4th of its HP could be a game changer, or catching that Corviknight with your Heatran could be what lets you keep hazards up.
Meanwhile, Tapu Bulu just tanks a few fighting hits, which ends up not doing much since most fighting types carry poison coverage anyways.
Oh, and Rillaboom has Knock Off, so it can help Heatran more by removing items of Heatran’s checks, like Urshifu’s Choice Band, or Toxapex’s Black Sludge.
