I attempted to
(goldfished on a sim for an evening) make Morgan work with a really convoluted combo between Magneton (cosmic eclipse), Lt. Surge's Strategy and Misty's Favor, but it plays about how it looks.
Magneton KO's itself to search for 3 supporters, Lt. Surge lets you play it plus two other supporters on your turn, and Misty lets you search for another 3 supporters to add to your hand, so you ideally search out your combo, play it to load psypoke tag team, and then for future turns play off of misty's favor and lapras to restock your hand until you win.
It doesn't play out that way, generally.
