Very ironic how Snivy is the worst starter in-game by far, but with its Hidden Ability, becomes the best starter competitively by far. Meanwhile, it's reverse with Tepig and Oshawott.

To be fair, it's not like any contrary mons have that many stat decreasing moves.
I think the one with the most is Lurantis, and it only has 2 and it fuckin sucks.

Give it to Deoxys.
In fact, give all of the Deoxys forms different HA's, and Contrary can be Deoxys-Normal's HA to set it apart from Deoxys-Attack.

Deoxys N should get Trace and flat 110 stats in everything but HP
Deoxys-A is brought down to a 50/150 spread but has Download now
Keep Deoxys-D the same and give it Battle Armor
Deoxys-S obviously gets Speed Boost because nothing should outpace it ever.
