what's the minimal list of pokes to have to cover most of the legendaries typing? Those raid things seems like a source of many frustration if you chain opposite typing shit and can't swap.

Ah, no, you don’t choose your own Pokémon like in regular raids. You must rent a Pokémon, take down a series of raid pokemon that you can swap into after you defeated them, and then you will finally reach the ending den that has the legendary.

For example; you start with a Flareon, and then you vote with your crew mates about which path to take, and most of you vote on the Grass den. You defeat the grass type there, and then you stumble on a diverging path between an electric and water den, so you go with the grass type you just temporarily caught. You keep this going until you finally reach the legendary den.
