Dialga and Palkia got absolutely screwed in terms of abilities, while every other box legendary gets something gamebreaking (Marvel Scale, Regenerator, Drizzle, Drought, etc), so I made some for them.
>Dialga's unique ability "Time Dilation":
Whenever Dialga deals damage with a move, the move will be used again 2 turns later at 25% power (meaning if it hits you with a Draco Meteor, you get hit with a 2nd, 25% power Draco Meteor 2 turns later)
>Palkia's unique ability "Space Distortion":
Palkia's attacks will never miss. Can hit enemies in semi-invulnerable states like during Dig or Fly, as well as hitting through Protect and Detect.
This gives Dialga mini Future Sights on every offensive move it uses, while Palkia gets a superior No Guard. While Dialga's seems better at first, 5 of Palkia's 6 most used moves have less than perfect accuracy (Fire Blast, Draco Meteor, Spatial Rend, Hydro Pump, and Focus Blast), and with its massive 150 special attack, it'll prefer the extra reliability more than the likely overkill damage.
