you'd have to run a shitty gimped moveset to make that work at all
deoxys' one saving grace is that you can pre-set the form before battle unlike meloetta, ultra necrozma, etc

You need to explain how it works first.
Is it like Aegislash, where certain moves make it change form, or is there a button added to the UI that lets you change its form at will?
