Because they need to compete with other teen/young adult-focused games. In case you haven't realised, because Pokémon is THE kid's game series, they don't need to waste money doing anything but what can easily be reproduced across all its various medias.

It's a port of Snap 64 retard, you think Mr. "I think the Switch will fail" Ishihara actually spent money dveeloping a new scenario for the game? Shit, he ported PMD as he knew the 2D bubble blaster clone and mobashit planned wouldn't carry TPC. He'd nothing else of note planned for they system, which would have worked, had it not sold out worldwide within weeks of launch and retain its absurdly high sales rate since.

The moves animations are not different from SwSh. The only difference is that there are entry animations.

Yes, PMD also did that, if you remember. Didn't change the fact it was GBA's PMD ported to Switch. And as for the camera bent, the original had that resolution picture finder, like I said this is a mere port, they aren't doing anything but getting that game on this system and leaving it at that.
